Xante EnPress orientation problem

I picked up an Xante Enpress. I'm having a hell of a time trying to run A7 envelopes. I am trying to feed long edge first (7.25" as lead edge) but the Xante only wants to print these as short edge first. On the iQueue software, I am able to put the settings to feed from the bypass/envelope tray, long edge first, envelope.

I have also tried printing #10 envelopes. These envelopes feed okay but the top left image prints to the middle of the envelope (about 1" lower and 2" to the right). I've tried everything and can't figure this out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Ran long edge for years no problem.
Big deal is - the ART - size and orientation.
MAKE SURE that the PDF you send is the right size and orientation.
The Xante software has great options to position the image on the page.

The PDF artwork is sized correctly. Just to test this, I tried #10 and A7. Whenever I submit an A7 envelope to print, I have to go to the EnPress console to select the bypass/envelope feeder tray. Is there a setting on the EnPress to have it automatically recognize the size and tray? For some reason, I have A7s loaded but the tray size says the size is SRA3.

Make sure when you are setting up paper don't use the auto recognize feature. Instead just manually input the size of the vertical size of the envelope. (Tray Paper - Custom Size) The horizontal setting won't let you go under 5.83in which is fine just keep it at that setting.

After that you shouldn't have anymore issues!
