Hi everyone,
I've wrote a thread a few years back, as we were looking to purchase a C70 for our office in Mexico. Under the offering from the authorized dealer, we purchased a C70 REMAN unit. After the first 4 months, the cyan toner dispenser begin failing, and we had to call in for service. We called in for service and they mentioned it was defective and asked us to replace a component. After that, the dispenser kept failing, and in the last 18 months it has failed 14 times. Each and every time, we paid for the service. Given our volume was so low, the dealer suggested we paid for the repairs, given our utilization was low.
We have lost so much time with this unit, each time it's out for 2-3 days until the technician comes and "repairs" the unit, which at this point seems to be that they simply empty the waste. We contacted Xerox in Mexico, and they refuse to do anything about it.
This has been a nightmare for sure. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could potentially help us solve this situation?
Thank you!
