Hello Everyone,

We just purchased Xerox NeverTear Paper 195 micorns for our Xerox DC 700 Color Press.
We calibrated the NeverTear Paper, however when we print, the colors comes out different, red color comes out as magenta, blue tones are greenish.

Did any one experience this problem, can someone share with us the settings for NeverTear Paper (coated paper 177-200 gsm)

Thank you for your support

Try different settings for paper weights and either coated or uncoated, I believe this can change the temp it fuses at, trial and error really.

Print quality is both a function of the paper weight setting but also the 2nd BTR values you use. Load the stock as 150gsm Coated, then run it with various BTR settings ranging from -80 to 120 in increments of 10%. See how you go and report back.

really agree with ajr on this one. Their stuff, their problem. Thats what your service contract is for. Also, paperweight shouldnt influence colors that much; just the transfer pressure is altered and I dont think that should change color rendition because of the multiple-transfer-nature of most digital presses.
