There is an adjustment for multifeeds on the bypass tray. The pressure can be increased on the bottom roller by moving the adjustment plate to the high point. More pressure will decrease multifeeding but may increase feed jams.

Assuming its landscape and not portrait like in your sample it may be a dirty ros window, black developer housing or black 1st btr roller.

It could be the bias contact in the back of the housing. It has to be straight.

You can clean the bottom of the ros windows but you need to take the ibt assembly and the drum/ developer drawer out. Its very easy to damage the ibt belt. You can shine a light in there to see the ink buildup on the bottom of the window.

I would say that the developer housings should be replaced along with the developer. Make sure the atc calibration is done with the new housings as the number will change with a new housing.

Is your ethernet connection type set to auto? Fiery RIPs are unique to each model. Make sure you have that version sw or higher that I mentioned earlier. Have a Xerox analyst come out to look at your net/driver/machine settings.
