Our dot gains change all the time. Three differant presses all have this problem. Of corse the pressroom points fingers at prepress and prepress points them right back. What kind of things can cause this?

We have had problems with paper wrinkles for some time now usally occurs with 70# text or lighter and with paper thathas not been wrapped. We do have a small amount of wrinkles occassionally on back up with new paper... Just looking for some input.

My first thought would be that your chrome is sensative. Try some good chrome roller cleaner or comet.

What does holdout mean? As a centura gloss has a better holdout than a #3 gloss sheet

we run it on our heidelburg 102 in the first unit before it is printed due to perfecting jackets on all units but 1st and 2nd and it works well for us. what kind of press are you running? you need to find out if it is avalible for your particular press
