3401 helcule pro error

Helo everybody,
Please anyone can help me to know the meaning of error 3401 for helcule pro and how to remove it.

You seem to have done a number of film rewinds into the cassette and the imagesetter has lost track of how much material has passed through. I am talking about the rewind motor and circuits associated with the rewind operation. The book says "the hardware for the residual material measurement is defective; press the error correction key and reload the material".
