AGFA lithostar cleaning

We are currently using AGFA's lithostar plates, but we are having a lot of trouble with this plates on the press, im sure part of the problem is our cleaning method, and our cleaning chemicals, we are using allstar's all porpouse plate cleaner.

Would someone recommend a cleaning method for this type of plates.

What problems do you have?
Blinding? We have the same problem since August 2008.

we were having problems with small spots in the plate after a short stop, usually we stop for 20 min and cleaned the plates before starting the run again, and suddenly the spots came, other times we have blinding after 15,000 or less, we are not using alcohol on the fountain solution.

We sometimes have blinding after 15000 without stopping. Also without cleaning or what so ever. So is seems like the same problem.
The problem seems to be in the unimaged plate out of the box already.
