Angle problem

In attached gradient file we need angle 15 degree and ruling 50, if we take single ups ruling 50# and angle 15 ok but if we take multiups and cut it for single ups the angle is not uniform on each up.

kindly advise how to get uniform 15 degree angle on all the ups.

One method: RIP the 1up element to a 1-bit TIFF with appropriate angle/ruling. Impose the 1-Bit TIFF.

Another option: If you can force object level screening as in say Kodak Prinergy Dot Shop, then assign the required output angle/ruling to the object before producing plate data (not sure if this would provide any benefit over a standard workflow).
