looking for someone using Presstek CtP Dimension series for some info....

I know an 8up shop in Glendale, CA using the Dimension and they have mixed feelings about it. When it works it works really well, but when it doesn't it has been a major struggle. Presstek has had to change out the laser several times and from what I understand has had to recalibrate many more times.

We used two Presstek Dimension 400 for 7 years up until June of this year. What info are you looking for?
