Apogee pdf rip

I have a pdf. that has font that is a solid at the begining but shades a different pantone color towards the end.
when the rip does its thing I am only getting half or some of the font. Even the solid font is not ripping. Can someone point me in the right direction to take to solve this issue?

Could you look at the PDF info and see if all fonts are included or subset or possibly missing.
