Blurry and Fuzzy Text on Creo Spire 260

Has anybody had this problem with their Creo. We JUST got this installed yesterday and all of our text is printing fuzzy. We are printing from Macs and have tried different software/OS/Machines/Files.

Anybody ever had this problem? I am starting to wonder if I should go back and have the Fiery reinstalled.

In addition, I am printing to a Docucolor 252.

we have similar problem with creo on x700, but only on some jobs. it helps to convert complete file to bitmap. i adivse you to notify your servicing guy, maybe they have some patch.

it could be many different things : missing fonts, screening, IQ settings, file format, etc.
engage a Xerox Analyst ASAP.

one thing you can try is create PDFs out of your files, and import them directly into the Spire application. Avoid sending the file via the driver in the MAC.

New Patch

New Patch

A new patch (version 2.0 I think) was released less than two weeks ago. Check your version first. Overwriting the new patch on a machine with it already installed can cause problems.
