Calibration Software? Which one?

Hello,
I am trying to choose a good software for display calibration (maybe for printer and camera profiling too). Can those who already use it share your experience, please? What are the major things to pay attention to?
Thanks!

Do you currently have hardware, or would you be looking for a hardware/software combo package?

Hi, yes - how stupid, not to say what exactly I need, sorry  I was promised an old spyder 3, but if the combo package is not too much (up to 200-300 USD), that's an option too.

For monitors, you could go with an i1 Display2 with i1 Profiler. That runs about $270 USD.

For camera profiling, I'd look at ColorEyes.

For printer profiling, i1 Profiler with an i1 Pro 2 does a nice job. (This is not the $270 license) I would look at BasICColor, too.

You could also take a look to see if Argyll is still available. It's a free, command-line driven profiling package.

If on a tight budget if wishing to profile multiple devices and one only has modest printer profiling requirements, then X-Rite ColorMunki Photo or Design might be a good all round choice. Decide on your needs and research all of the competing products, there are many options out there.

Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. I did some research in terms of prices and features, and decided to go for PressProof 3. I wouldn't find it myself because it's new, but I heard about it from "a friend of a friend" and decided to give it a try. It's not very expensive (158 USD for the display license, PressProof Display | QUBYX: Color Management and Screen Calibration for a Professional Display), it works with the spyder calibrator and the quality of calibration is rather good.

That license is only for display, not printer or camera etc. You get what you pay for, it is hard to get a low cost solution that can do multiple devices well.
