I'm looking for information regarding "Real World" production speeds from anyone running .038 to .040 thick stocks. What kind of average speeds do you run, and why? Are you achieving maximum rated press speeds, and if not why? If you're running slower is it due to press performance, manpower, print quality, job length, or a combination?

Do you slow the press speed down while changing loads, and then turn it back up when completed or maintain a consistent speed throughout?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

On .034" to .040" we run at 17,000IPH and average approx. 16,550IPH. This is on a XL105 with full logistics and Autopile Plus (Auto non-stop feeding)
