Change CPSI to APPE

Hi everybody.
I want to change Engine in Prinergy Connect from CPSI to APPE.
The question is: what can be happen with files which I refined a week ago with "old" CPSI Engine?
Is any problem possible?

I was expecting to have problems when we changed over but we changed over quite a while ago with No! issues at all. Indesign files CS3/CS4 when exported directly to PDF with transparency go through with no problems, very happy. PS if you have old jobs using the old RIP there is no reason to restart them unless you have to add new files etc. We still run old Jobs (re-prints that are CPSI) without any problems.
