Not once we got so small that there's only one person per department. :>

Hmmm, then they end up talking to themselves. Before you know it they start having two-way conversations with themselves - double sided chats. That's not too bad, unless they disagree with themselves and have an argument. :-D
 
Communications these days are all about charts and emails. We sure don't want to gather people in a meeting where everyone will hear the same thing at the same time.
