Crack while scoring the sheet

We printed shopping bag using Komori HUV Machine. We used Metallized sheet for the job. We did tape test to test the ink drying during the printing. But after printing during creasing crack appeared in fold areas. How to over come this problems as we are specially brought HUV machine to print packaging jobs

Probably not the ink, probably the substrate. It can be alleviated, once you are 99.44% sure and confident that it is not the ink.

Tape test only tests for ink adhesion to a substrate not ink cure. you need to perform other tests.
