Dolev 4press V

Hi Guys,

I have recently purchased a Dolev 4press V.
Upon inspection I noticed the VLSI board is missing!!!! This board I beleive connects the fibre link cable from the setter to the interface card on the Mac computer.

I understand these machines come with 2 types of connections depending on the RIP kit interface card used. either a TSP or fibre link.

My question is would I be able to buy a VLSI board or a TSP board (for imagesetter side) to suit a new RIP kit which I also need?

Could anyone please help me find a solution to this problem?

Would really appreciate your help!!!

My recomendation is TSP board: it is more reliable then fiber link. TSP board uses special copper cable so you will have to purchase it with the board. If you plan to use it in a Mac or PC ask for "U" version (like "75U").
