DPX 5080 problem

Hi,

I would be so grateful if any one has any ideas why, after changing my chemistry and emptying my waste container, the rip/processor monitor still says the waste container is full. I have rebooted, disconected, turned everything on and off but it won't reset.

Any ideas appreciated,

It sounds like the float switch in the waste container is stuck.

Dear all
It seems to be a problem with the level sensor. May be you can try by cleaning the level sensor. Any dust / dirty on the sensor can create the same issue.
