I'm beginning the due diligence process to acquire a company using an Indigo 3050. Thoughts, comments on important issues to consider during due diligence and later operation of this machine would be appreciated.

You're trying to acquire a company with an Indigo 3050? I thought the usual way to acquire companies was with some kind of financial arrangement!

My advice? DO NOT get into the print biz unless you want to lose money. Digital and VDP have become commoditized faster than anyone in the industry expected.
