has anyone run #10 or #9 envs on an Iridesse? or A7s?
I'm absolutely unable to run 6x9 or 6.5x9 envelopes... Just does not feed..Yes they run fine, even A2s.
what is causing wrinkling on the trailing edges?, all envsYes they run fine, even A2s.
That is a good question as I see the same thing. Not sure if different brands of envelopes make any difference. For what it is worth it is probably the fuser causing this. It hasn't been that bad or I would have tried different fuser settings, but that might be worth a look.what is causing wrinkling on the trailing edges?, all envs
Update: i tried to run 5000 catalog 6x9 envelopes add now for some reason they run fine.... They never did get past the register unit before... I don't get it and neither do the techs... Go figure!I'm absolutely unable to run 6x9 or 6.5x9 envelopes... Just does not feed..
I don't have too many feeding problems from the high cap trays but it would be nice to know how to adjust the spring tension. How do you adjust the spring tension? And also try different spring tension on them.
When you pull out the retarder roller housing you will find a straight black plastic cam that is held in place with a screw that can be moved to three position increasing or decreasing the tension on the retarder rollers.I don't have too many feeding problems from the high cap trays but it would be nice to know how to adjust the spring tension. we just got our Irridesse and have tried to run Env. What trays do use and what setting in stock library? We ran #9s also with no issues. We were running side seam #10s and they were wrinkling. Then we tried diagonal seam, and
they did not wrinkle. Feeding is no problem.
