FUJI LUXEL v-6 - LASER PROBLEM !!!

We have a problem with the laser on the machine. When we upload a plate and it takes it in, the laser does not want to go to the start position for the second plate. We have to reset the machine and after the reset it takes the plate in, sometimes we have to reset a couple of times and then it works normally. Does anybody know what could be the problem?

teh drum is either dirty or the edge of plate is not seen...email me [email protected]

We thank you for your reply, we cleaned the golden ruler and since then we don't have a problem, this is how we have to manage since we don't have official FUJI service in Serbia. If we have any further problems is it OK to contact you.
