We use Saphira PY on Hedelberg CD and SX presses. Conventional: because of our work types, we always change plates after 50.000 sheets, never been any problem before that number. On UV we had 40.000 sheets without any problem but depends on paper, too. Anyway, this is a chinese plate, never had any problem with plate quality, sometimes the package is slightly damaged (1-2 plates need to recycle).Does anyone know who manufactures the Heidelberg Saphira PY plate available in Europe and where?
Is it a reliable product? What sort of run lengths do you get with sheetfed conventional and UV?
