how to tell a roller is bad?

Having issues with the 3rd inking form roller. on qm-46.2 the delivery side. one side is getting ink but not the other. I have looked at the book, for roller adjustments but its not getting me anywhere. If anyone has any pointers that would be great.

Sounds like rider is not touching form roller

It could also be your roller is glazed.
