HP4650DN streak issue - please help

I was very happy with my printer HP4650 that I was using to print my artworks. After some time it started printing a light streak (about 1 inch with) all the way through the page in all colors. I was trying to clean it inside, replace toners and do some mumbo jumbo. One moment it almost disappeared but I got it again in a while

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Try replacing the toner cartridge. If that fails, you may need to replace drum.

Ok, please disregard previous post. You have 4 cartridges in line in your printer, every cartridge has its own drum which is inseparable part of it, which one out of CMYK cartridges previous poster advised you to change and if that don't work I really don't see you digging those drums out and changing them, oh wait he does not even know that your printer is color, much less about troubleshooting. You need to look at things that affect all cmyk printing, I.e Transfer belt, transfer roller, fuser unit. Deffect In any of these 3 will affect all 4 color print quality. How many pages on the counter? Can you scan and post page showing the deffect? Let me know.
