Yeah, the slip sheet option is only for between copies, not between jobs. And duplicating jobs in the queue to get slipsheets seems to be more work than it's worth when it comes to batch printing 25 jobs at a time. Seems like sifting through the stack and inserting slip sheets manually would be quicker. It's a good idea though for those long run jobs that need to be chipped, instead of me making a huge PDF with duplicated pages.
Its only for between copies when colate is on. We used to use slip sheet with ours, we found it slowed run time too much when it has to pull a different sheet from another drawer. So we opted for sheets that are not 13x19 to simply Offset them
I haven't tried it but you should ask your tech about the pro dongle that gives you subset finishing and pitstop (not that pitstop would help in this senario) might be something in there to help.
