Ink reaction time on sheet

Hi to all,

We have Roybi 925.
When we send inking through CIP3 to machine we are getting corrected (perfect) density after 500+ sheets.
I just confuse, I want your opinion how to improve its reaction time.
Is it my CIP3 is fail or any parameter need to check in machine?

500 sheets is too much.Maybe is some electronic fault,i think first disconnect CIP3 and see how fast you will get good density manually so you can eliminate some of thinks that has to be checked.
