Is Xerox dc2045 press can duplex printing on 300 gsm paper from deck ?

It's not even supposed to do 300gsm, specs say 280 gsm max and 220 gsm max for duplexing. Having said that I've run 300gsm through my DC2060 but not duplexed.

No it will not duplex that heavy automatically, requires manual duplex. And really that is pushing the spec as said before. In my experience you might have to fudge the settings to get this to even look decent depending on the coverage you want..but obviously not recommended for a long run as it will take your machine down.
