the 4 digit codes are generally only something that a konica tech would know the exact meaning of.

Is your machine locking up with a service call screen? or are you just getting a machine has jammed notice? If you tab over to machine you should be able to touch Check Details, which will tell you in which area the jam is in. Typicaly (depending on what options you have installed of course) Jams will happen at the feet section of your machine, or somewhere in the fusing unit.

Just a jam

Its hard to tell because im always ending up with a piece in the horizontal conveyor for the PFU, one near the fuser and maybe one in the duplexer.

If it is doing this a lot you can just feeing one page at a time through.
Is it one particular stock? or everything.

When you take the pages out be carefull not to rip or damage them any further.
For example if your jam is happening in the fuser (or in the path just after the fused (which happens alot too) then generally that sheet is going to be crumpled or damaged alot more,
the sheets that are just stuck there from being in motion when the machine stopped should be undamaged.

If you have or have an employee with a good ear, take a listen. You can also sometimes here where it jams depending on what its doing, especially if its hitting something. try following a sheet as it goes through the machine, if it sounds like its hitting something when the machine jams, thats probably where your jam is happening.
