Hello when I start machine it writes C-DOE1 code and what it means ??

an also can I find not original cheap toner and developer?

The service manual says that code means: "Hard disk/K (HDD/K) disconnected. Otherwise, either broken or during initialization."

iF The Code mean that you must see, broken or disconnect 1) Do it
However you must test the power supply section DC, if there are o.k , if NOT you must
repair or replace board. The disk can Not Iniatilize Good.
See if the back up battery is O.k 3.5Vdc.

looking for a thread about codes we are getting code j-1701 every 6-8 sheets of paper machine jams somthing about a ps_22 sensor

Turbo, you need to place a service call and have a tech look at it. The PS22 is a registration sensor that is not turning on at the right timing. See attached screen shot of the service manual.
