We are shopping around at the moment, looking to take a step up from our Xerox 260. What I have looked at so far is the Xerox J75 and the Canon 6010vp. We have dealt with Xerox so know what to expect when it comes to service. I have been to Canon to check out and run the 6010vp and it feels like a real solid machine and have heard some good things in regards to service in our area. Now the Konica, well I know knowing about them. Outside of the machine, as it all looks good on paper. Are they known for reliability? What in general has service been like for those who own a konica? Pros cons? Anything I should question or be concerned about when it comes to the konica products?
