Lotem Software error

Hi

facing problem at the time of loading lotem version 3.61.02 system error (create file 31)...

* we faced problem in cpu board now replaced the cpu board / reloaded registry and everything after installed all this we are getting error system error (create file 31)

followed with all other board errors local card / left board / right board like that.

need immediate reply anyone help us pls
