LP 82 Ultra Plate Processor

The exit plate sensors (MC7, MC8, MC9) are not picking up the plate. Does anyone know if 1 works, they all work or if 1 does not work, they all fail? Other suggestions?

Thanks,
Mark

if one fail - others work!
Every sensor has a plug, so... you can swap them up.
That's Reflective OPTOCOUPLE, clean up the sensor's "window" first.
Dryer section of LP82 is a messy area!
I've never met the situation when all 3 sensors were broken at the same time, it looks like PCB problem.
AGFA Field Techs use ANDRODiag SW program for this processor with "virtually active" machine diagram to check every motor and sensor and Sensor PCB has a row of LEDs to show sensors activity

Parts Machine

Parts Machine

I have an LP82 available for parts. Make an offer but I would like to move the whole machine. It was a working unit. We took off one small belt and the control panel does not mount on the machine any longer. Email me for details. [email protected]. Thx.
