Magnetic stock

I'm new at running magnetic stock through an iGen 4. I have a Xerox spec sheet and my settings, registration, colors are great. I can only get one sheet to feed at a time. I'm sure there's a trick to this. This is stock that needs to be magnetized after print. Sample stock is from Magnum Magnetics. 17mil. 12x18. Any advise would be appreciated.

So what was the fix?

Lol. I needed to turn off the sensor to my lower tray. Never needed to do that before. And it's ok....I won't mention you're a Ricoh tech.
