map and rename spot colors

Is there a way to have Pitstop search for a specific tint of a spot color and remap it to a renamed spot color? For example if I have a PDF with PANTONE 362 C at 10% remapped to a color named PANTONE 362 10.

Sure, something like this will map only a specific tint range and not the solid… (I only tested with vectors, not gradients or images).

The steps are “Select Color Range” and “Remap Color” (PitStop Pro 2017, however I believe that these commands have been around for a few versions).
