Amelia, I suggest you not reply to a person that is negative or seemingly hostile as it appears Craig is. My experience with forums is there is just circles of time wasted on that type of thing. Better to focus on positive items that benefit the industry and if you can help even one firm find a solid employee and one person find a much needed job then all your efforts are worth it.
