Hey guys,
We are having an issue with one of our modules(#3) on our laser unit. It simply won't image in that area. We are down on our luck here trying several things. We need your help.
I want to mention that it had been working before and we were trying to match module 3 density with the others and we ended up removing then replacing the module thinking it would have fixed that issue.
Here are some of the things we have tried:
- Changing modules, driver boards
- swapping modules and driver boards from other zones
- Cleaned out the lens with a little alcohol (there was dirt around the lens)
- Adjusting the lens (not sure if we are doing it correctly, need help here)
- Checked fuses
- Checked wire connection
It could be that when we removed the bracket near the lens, it threw off the focus and we are currently trying to figure out how to focus it correctly. What is the correct placement of the pin behind the bracket?
