Morgana Digifold 5000P Fold Issue

Good day,

Local shop just acquired a new to them Morgana 5000p creaser/folder. Having an issue with letter folds and z-folds. Sheets make it into the bottom(first fold) no problem, sheet travels up into the top fold and won't come out. Press has no issues doing a 1/2 fold going into the same top unit, will also make a double parallel fold(again using the top fold unit). Adjusted the roller pressure, fold positions and crease positions. Last set of rollers(#3) seem loose, no matter how tight we adjust them.

Trying text weight up to 100 cover. sheet size is 8.5x11 It appears as though the "kicker plate" is attempting to push the sheet into the 3rd set of rollers, but not getting in there....
Scores(creases) are in the correct position, and are hitting hard enough to create a good fold.

Anyone have a service manual?

Thanks! I found that the potentiometers that read roller gaps were out of whack and needed to be recalibrated. That seemed to cure half the issues....
