FUJIFILM NA has announced the launch of the J Press-750S High-Speed. The video launch was part of Fujifilm’s presence at virtual.drupa (Apr. 20-23), and can also be seen on Fujifilm’s graphics systems website.
The High-Speed model—available fall 2021—features output speeds of 5,400 B2 sheets-per-hour, and retains all features of the current J Press-750S, targeting commercial & folding carton applications. Main features include:

- High image quality that competes with offset—using high-density, high-precision SAMBA printheads & aqueous pigment VIVIDIA ink, the J Press-750S High-Speed is said to be able to produce high-quality print equal to or better than offset.
- At 5,400 sheets per hour—the J Press-750S High-Speed is 1.5x faster than the current J Press-750S.
- Flexible modes to increase efficiency—depending on the type of job being run—high quality mode (3,600sph) & high performance mode (5,400sph) can be selected.
- On-site upgrades are available for new & current J Press-750S owners.
