We are one of those accounts. It was actually quite stunning...how fast they pivoted from trying to sell us a new Nexfinity to essentially asking us to either switch to the new plan or stop using the press. The article is spot on. The costs have escalated significantly because of the shift. The issue for us is our dependence on the press. We don't have the volume to justify an HP and no other press comes close to replicating the quality of the Nexpress. So we feel we are stuck with no good options. It is sad how this all played out. We believe it is still the best press out there.
