Does anyone know if there is a setting that I can change to have Prinergy ignore trapping settings set in the pdf? I'd feel much safer if I let Prinergy trap my files than some customer setting their whites etc. to overprint. Thank You!
Open your refine process plan and drop open the trap section. The first option is to "Retrap trapped pages". Uncheck this and Prinergy will honor any traps found in your PDF.
