We are getting 250,000 to 300,000 on a coated stock and
125,000 to 150,000 on a #2 offset (recycled).

Question though. Are Fuji products being used right down the line?

Fountain soulution, gum, etc...

And these are not being pre or post conditioned ie. uv'd or baked?

No pre or post bake. We're using all fuji chemistry for processing the plate.Since I'm a tradeshop, I don't know the specific press conditions. I do recall a couple of years ago making plates for an outfit whose platesetter went down, that they post baked the plates anyway to get 1,000,000+.

I don't believe that the LH-PJ can be baked.
I know that we are using Anchor (ie. Fuji) fountain solution.

we just got about 130,000 on a PJ plate with uncoated stock today.
