Small punch to NCR printing

Hello All

am new to printing, i was wondering whats the name of the machine used for piercing NCR printing to make it easy to split?

Its called a "perforation" made by a Perforator. Most often it is produced on a offset press by a rotating sharpened wheel that has slots cut in it so that the sheet it only partially cut by the wheel. You can get other stand alone machines to do this job or some will do this work on a letterpress machine with a "perforating Rule" this is basicaly a piece of steel made into a sharp knife that also has slots cut into it to only alow for partial cutting of the sheet.
