Thoughts on EBA?/Triumph 6660?

We are still looking at getting a paper cutter and not finding great options so far. Titan are more expensive than we want to pay, Graphic Whizard is probably not durable or accurate enough, which seems to leave the Triumph line. We are considering a 6660 right now even though it is not hydraulic. What we really need it for is cutting packages of NCR paper (with the magnetic pads) and cutting ~1" cover stacks into 22x8.5. We would for the most part be in the mid volume category. Would it be good enough for this, does it have issues to be aware of?

I have an EBA 550 that has served me well over the years. If you were closer to New York it would be ideal because I'm retiring and will let it go for almost nothing just to get the shop cleaned out. See if someone closer has one for sale, they are great for digital shops, no fancy automation but that's okay. Oops, I just reread, you're looking for a 25" cutter. Used EBA cutters are still great.
