Using PUR

Does anything need to be changed on a perfect binder to use PUR in it? I have a Bourg (not sure of model no.) that was attached to a Heidelburg 9110 and a Rosback 880. I have a job that will run on 70# coated stock and I need to be sure the pages won't fall out.

Sorry but. You can't use PUR as a simple swap all sorts of things have to change from milling to glue application and fume extraction. Above all else the PUR will set in your machine and wreck the glue tank and mechanism. Take the coated stock work to a regular binder with the correct milling for coated stock and you may be OK with hot melt but PUR would be preferable.
