Has anyone running a 2100 with a Fiery and using Fiery Impose, found problems with PDF/VT files? All of a sudden our PDF/VT files are scrambled if we impose them, graphics missing, or cropped. This only happens if we 1. Use PDF/VT format 2. Impose it with Fiery Impose 3. Run it on the 2100.
We had tech support out last week, and while they were there, Fiery had an update come out that fixed it, then the following day, they had another update that has broken it again. Currently we are waiting on third level support to look into it.
I figure we can't be the only ones having this issue.
