Hi!! We start with this problem on our verdant 4100.

We try remplaced the fuser unit, the 2d btr, the color drums, the fusor velocity, loop, etc

The defect is always at the same distance and would correspond to the distance between the fuser and the second btr.

The problem show in papers of 200gr and above. Try different papers, all same result.

A minor mark also appears on the leading edge of the sheet of paper

Has anyone ever had this problem?

It looks like it's striking the fuser and causing some vibration, which would make sense that it's appearing only on heavier stocks. What does your tech have to say? Can you call in a specialist?

Speed diference between 2ndBTR and fuser belt.
Go to create stock profile and in advance setup set paper speed at image transfer for different values like 0.2, 0.5 and so on.
