we have tried several types of wafer seals but find that we still are not getting good adhesion.
has anyone found a seal that works well with toner from KM6500?
Thanks
Kevin

It's because of the wax in the toner, not sure you will ever find one that will work. Maybe a solution would be to create a non-imaged area where the seal will be and have the tabber operator make sure they hit that spot(s).

Craig's idea is probably your best bet. We had a client stamp a card that they originally planned to hand out at a trade show. There was solid black bleed in the corner and a bunch of their stamps came off in the mail stream. Better to leave some open real estate for that tab than have them get torn apart at the USPS mail battering facilities.
