What to charge for variable data?

I work for a small print shop in a town of about 5000 we just recently started to do variable data jobs for mailings and to address newsletters for our customers. How much is the going rate to add variable data to a job?

I am very interested in seeing what people have to say as well. We are in a town of around 80,000. We don't do a whole lot of variable data, but the work we do is very critical and can't have mistakes and it is VD on both sides, so they have to match. So we spend a lot of time checking and double checking.

its a value added service, i would charge an extra small % on the click rate you are all ready charging plus a setup fee, your hourly cost + 60-70%, check there database first. If its setup right you shouldnt have to double check it afterwards.
