Hello Kyya,

What do you mean WHITE film? The Dolev does leave an image on the film?
Do you get an unexposed film exiting thr processor?
Do you get any error messages?
You have to explain more about your problem.

Hi Koyya,
As I understand the Dolev does not expose your image on film. When you send the job, can you hear the head moving on the lead screw? Do the % numbers go up on the Dolev? Do you get an error message on your Mac or Dolev? Try and output the step wedge that you use for calibrating the Dolev ( EX curve) to see if this will come out on film.
