Xante Impressia envelope sizes

Hi all, i am wondering if anyone knows the smallest size envelope that can be ran on the xante impressia. i am trying to run a #5 1/2 envelope which is 4 3/8 X 5 3/4, but it keeps getting stuck right before it hits the fuser. my guess is that this envelope is to small to run seeing as i tried to feed it long edge first and short edge first as well, both feeding directions did not work. Thanks!

We run #4 Baronial 3-5/8 x 5-1/8 and Church Offering 3-1/8 x 6-1/4 envelopes all the time. Gotta run them short edged first though.

If it's based on an Oki, I've run church envelopes through just like regular envelopes, although I had to fudge the layout, as the driver wouldn't take a size that small. They don't get stuck very often, but they do mess up the counter. The counter skips every fifth envelope or so. That wouldn't be a problem except for the customers who provide a sack full of envelopes and expect you to count them.
